JV Southern Real Estate is a new name to Citrus County, but Julie has been in and around the area her entire life. Originally from Michigan, her Grandparents came in the 1960’s, her parents in the 1980’s, and she decided to make it her home in 1994.
Julie became licensed to sell Real Estate in 2001 and is the previous Owner/Broker of Coldwell Banker, 1st Choice Realty. With a background in finance and marketing, Real Estate seemed like a perfect fit.
My role in this community has been to serve. I will continue that through JV Southern Real Estate. I understand the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client services. Donald "Donnie" Dewees, Jr., Realtor®
Donnie was born and raised in Crystal River of Citrus County. He graduated from Crystal River High School in 2012 and continued his education at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. In 2015, he was drafted by the Chicago Cubs and still plays for them today. Over the past 3 years he has been living in Tampa and Apollo Beach, gaining knowledge of the area.
During his time there he has been dealing with some injuries and decided to acquire his real estate license. Being in Florida his entire life, he has a great understanding of the local and surrounding areas.
