Jacob Vaughan, Owner

Jake Vaughan lived most of his life in Citrus County Florida after moving from Michigan shortly after birth. He is an alumni of Crystal River High School and attended the College of Central Florida and San Jacinto Community College.

Jake serves on the board at the Citrus County Building Alliance as a director where he has since been nominated for second vice president. He is also a member of the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce as well as a director at the Citrus Construction Academy, and is a licensed Florida Realtor®.

Jake has two other businesses that are well established in Citrus and the surrounding counties. Conservation Plus specializes in residential home energy efficiency (HERS Ratings) and government tax credits and Southern Aerial Imagery specializes in aerial photography.
