Julie Vaughan, Broker

JV Southern Real Estate is a new name to Citrus County, but Julie has been in and around the area her entire life. Originally from Michigan, her Grandparents came in the 1960’s, her parents in the 1980’s, and she decided to make it her home in 1994.

Julie became licensed to sell Real Estate in 2001 and is the previous Owner/Broker of Coldwell Banker, 1st Choice Realty. With a background in finance and marketing, Real Estate seemed like a perfect fit.
